3 nights to rediscover the art of rest, receptivity,  and intuitive rhythm

Yoga | Meditation | Energy Healing | X-Country Skiing | Relaxation | |Art Breathwork | Sisterhood

A weekend to soften a little more...to softly land into your truth, melt with ease and openness, and to embody the feminine rest.

Amidst the constant noise of the world that never stops to get our attention, choosing to pause, feel, and rest is a radical act.

This weekend invites you to unfurl, nourish, and soften. Rest can be hard alone, so we'll practice communal rhythms together.

Nestled among the pine trees of the Blue Mountains in Southeast Washington, we'll step away from the noise and rest into ease. Together we'll lay down what is ready to be released and welcome the softness that comes when space opens.

The Invitation

Unfold, rest, soften...

The invitation is to quiet the mind, open the heart, and nurture the spirit amidst the serene landscapes of Fields Spring State Park.

We rest without guilt, land in the softness of femininity, co-create a safe vessel for each other to open our hearts, release the unwanted, and be surrounded with likeminded souls who can help us heal the wounds that have been ignored for too long.

Through yoga, breathwork, art, nature connection, energy healing, and sacred circles, this weekend offers so much more that just a "retreat", this is a safe container for you to explore how to be, process what's been unprocessed, connect with nature and soul sisters, and a compassionate meeting of a part of You that's been needing to rest, be loved, be seen, and be unconditionally understood.

Who it's for

Mothers, sisters, grandmothers, daughters

This retreat is for 10-12 women longing to pause from daily demands and a deeper relationship with themselves and the living earth. Each day offers meditation, gentle practices- slow flows, vinyasa yoga and sound healing - sessions designed for soft, long exhales. We will have ceremonies and scared circles designed to receive and meet ourselves in full understanding and love, - to be fully seen in our authenticity.

Alongside embodiment yoga, we will explore the snowy trail outside puffer butte lodge through x-county skiing or snow shoeing: meeting the beautiful snowy landscapes of the park. This retreat also offers art, to explore our creative side, and connect to ourselves in a deeper level while having fun!

This year, we will be joined by our new lovely soul sisters Myriah and Lily, who can offer us one-on-one energy healing, and massage sessions during our downtime or activities. You will have the option to pick which healing suits best for what you need.
