Our Yoga practice in candlelight are open to all levels. We will practice meditation, gentle to intermediate asana classes, and a 10-minute savasana with sound healing.
Hyperspud Sports offers limited space, we accept 10 attendees per night. RSVP your spot in advance here or by calling the shop at 208-883-1150, or keep an eye out for Stephanie Frost yoga FB event and RSVP there.
Suggested donation: $20 or however much you think the class is worth
