HI, I'M STEPH FROST
What began as a simple way to heal—both physically and emotionally—has unfolded into a lifelong journey of movement, breath, and awareness. Over the years, yoga has gently guided me through moments of strength and stillness, teaching me to meet each layer of myself with curiosity, compassion, and patience. It has become more than just a practice on the mat; it is a way of living, a constant reminder to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the present moment.
Through mindful sequencing, philosophy, and the integration of my own lived experiences, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for others to explore their bodies and hearts. My teachings are woven with gratitude for all my teachers, both seen and unseen, and for the wisdom that continues to reveal itself through every practice. Yoga reminds me again and again of the wholeness that is already within us, waiting to be remembered. With each breath, I continue this path—not as a destination to reach, but as an ever-evolving journey of returning home to myself.
