Retreat Schedule

What a typical day would look like:

7:15 am - Morning Yoga

9:00 am  - Breakfast

10:00 am  - Retreat Activity/ Workshop

1:00 pm - Lunch

2 - 4 pm - Free Time

5:00 pm - Evening Yoga + Soundbath

6:30 - 7:30 pm - Dinner

7:30 pm - Satsang (Heart opening conversation of truth within a scared circle of like-minded souls)

9:30 pm - Mauna (the practice of silence)

10:00 pm - Rest
