Expansion
Siquijor Island, Philippines
A week to expand a little more...to softly land into your truth, exist with ease and openness, and to embody the feminine power.
Amidst the constant noise of the world that never stops to get our attention, choosing to pause, feel, and be authentic is a radical act.
The week invites you to unfurl, nourish, and expand. True expression can be hard alone, so we'll practice communal rhythms together.
Expansion is to honor your Self in it's infinite possibilities to grow and see beyond the patterns and limitations.
Siquijor was known to the Spanish conquistadors as Isla de Fuego or the “Island of Fire” for it was literally lit by fireflies at night swarming the branches of its Molave trees., in the island of mysticism, we'll step away from the noise and rest into ease. Together we'll lay down what is ready to be released and welcome the fire that comes when expansion happens.
Join us for 7 days in the mystical island of Siquijor to explore through movement, breath, story, and collective joy.

"A woman in harmony with her spirit is like a river flowing. She goes where she will without pretense and arrives at her destination prepared to be herself."
-Maya Angelou

Testimonials

Naomi
As a mother, I get constantly inundated with external sensations from my family. This retreat provided the space and prompts for reexamining and reclaiming bits of myself. The retreat was exactly what I needed. The facilitators held space for the attendees to soften through a variety of activities and experiences. I left feeling inspired and excited to become part of this community of women. I would gladly trade the cost for the life lessons/experience again.

DeeAnna
I was a smoker when I went to the retreat. When i left there, I realized I had no deisre to smoke, I was pain free, and I felt a deep calm that remained with me, even now. I found that I was no longer replaying stressful events in my mind. I am new to Yoga; however, I got so much out of it. I loved the chanting and quiet meditation. I got much more than I’d expected. I went there a stranger and left with new friends, a renewed hope, and a fire burning in me for life. Thank you Stephanie for such a wonderful experience!

Darci
To be surrounded by wise and caring women, who speak honestly and encourage others to do the same, met a deep longing in my soul. I left the retreat feeling nourished, and wanting more—more connection, more stillness, more sisterhood. One of the most impactful parts of the retreat was being guided by Stephanie. Her presence, wisdom, and gentle insight created a container that felt safe, expansive, and deeply supportive. Through her guidance, I was able to access a level of clarity and inner knowing that I will carry with me.

FAQ's
How much is it and what type of room do I get?
The cost is $2,222 for a private room with a king size bed and $1,670 for a 2-people shared room with twin beds. The rooms have their own bathrooms and have direct access to the beach and pool.
I don't know much about yoga, is this something I can join even when I don't practice?
Absolutely! The literal definition of Yoga is UNION or to YOLK. It's a coming together of all parts of YOU and the inclusion of everyone within the practice. You don't have to be flexible or philosophical. This retreat is curated to welcome ALL. Wether you practice or not.
When do I need to pay the full price?
The latest you can pay for the full amount is a month before the retreat! That would be January 10, 2027. I offer PAYMENT PLANS to accommodate you financially and to plan early so that you don't have to stress too much as the retreat month approaches!
Do I have to buy my plane tickets?
Yes, the retreat fee covers your transportation between our resort and the island port, as well as accommodation, food, and activities! Make sure to read the "WHAT'S INCLUDED" and "WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED" of the website.
Is it safe to travel to the Philippines?
Yes. The country is the friendliest country you will ever visit. Most Filipinos speak English and I have just recently (March 2026) travelled there and back with no issues at all. Siquijor island is tucked away from the political noise and is a safe haven to those who seek peace.
How do I sign up?
Two ways: pay the deposit now then pay the rest later or pay the full price. The deposit will secure your spot, and go towards the full amount. If you pay the full price up front, you will avoid service fees that's in the payment plan option; you save more money.

Meet the
Teachers

Stephanie Frost
Stephanie believes deeply in the medicine of movement, the power of curiosity, and the wisdom revealed in community. She teaches in many capacities, from studios, to retreats, and private events weaving together modern and traditional asana, embodiment practices, nervous system and breath literacy, yogic and Hindu philosophy, and her ongoing studies in traditional Yoga, and spirituality.
She is a certified Breathwork facilitator, and practices Bhakti (devotional Yoga). All of it is infused with compassionate self inquiry and reverence for this wild human experience.
Her work invites students into deeper listening rather than performance.
She creates spaces that honor complexity, contradiction, and the beauty of becoming. For Steph, practice is not about mastery but about expansion. To experience the endless possibilities of becoming.
Kaylen Meredith

Kaylen is a yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner. She feels deeply connected to the body and the ways it can guide us back into compassion, curiosity, and a sense of belonging through a somatic approach rooted in reverence and listening.
Over time, this practice has supported her in healing pain, building body awareness, and developing a relationship with herself based in trust. It has also offered a way to move and explore that feels both supportive and gently challenging.
Her work is also inspired by Thai massage, an ancient practice that works through the body’s energy lines, nervous system, and structure to support deep release and integration.
Her teaching style is dynamic and grounded, supporting people in feeling more connected to themselves and able to express their inner experience in a genuine way. She incorporates yin yoga, yoga nidra, and Reiki into her offerings, creating space for deep rest, nervous system support, and subtle energetic work.
She aims to offer spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and feel more at home in themselves.

Katelyn Jackson
Katelyn is an artist and a sound bath practitioner. She feels deeply connected to nature, and that connection is at the heart of her work. Through artwork, She tries to capture the presence and magic that she experience in nature.
She offers sound baths with crystal singing bowls. The vibrations of sound allow the nervous system to slow down and settle.
Creativity, sound, and nature all have the ability to bring us into balance. Her ntention is to create space where you can pause, soften, and reconnect with the natural rhythms within and around yourself.
