Winter is the slow down
Winter is the search for self
Winter is the silence we need to listen
Winter goes grey so we can see our own colors
-Terri Guillemets
This retreat is an invitation—an opening into calm, a soft listening to what arises, and a gentle renewal of our bond with the quiet within.
Here, we will turn toward our own inner knowing, allowing it to guide us as we settle into awareness, presence, and slow unfolding.
As we move between the season of action to the season of rest, may this retreat nurture a truer, more balanced connection with the life around us, weaving a clearer thread of wisdom as we rest in community.
May we taste the sweetness that comes from resting deeply in ourselves—grounding in stillness, listening with care, expressing through voice, movement, and impulse—and being fully witnessed along the way.

Stephanie Frost sure is someone special. I had the chance to attend the most recent retreat and am having trouble putting into words how amazing it was. She created a safe sacred space for everyone to feel welcomed and loved just as they are. Her knowledge and depth was mesmerizing and I just feel so blessed to get to take in some of her energy and intentions. 15/5 stars, highly recommend!

"There is great healing available when women gather with the intent to grow and support each other. I enjoyed all the events - but equally the camaraderie of women. I went to the retreat hoping for a re-charge after a busy summer. I left feeling nurtured in mind, body, and spirit - with new friendships to boot."

"My experiences were all great---the art was inspiring as I got to see others' work and a learning experience (I learned some important techniques from Shannon). I learned how to XC ski and thought we did just the right amount of time skiing. The yoga was amazing. Physically challenging, relaxing, and mind-freeing all at once.
The hosts were "in sync" with one another; each had a very different personality that together made a welcoming, all-inclusive feeling. The three together balanced one another's' strengths and highlighted them, too."
